Heartery Inc does not store your data anywhere. Your answers are only stored in the cache of your browser, by default for one session. The same goes for your emails, we do not store them anywhere. We do not have a database. Also, we do not store any generated assessments of user’s eating habits or meal plans. Neither we store any information from the chat with the Ask Me Anything function.

We opted for this solution, as we are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

We send this data in an anonymised format and in a secure way to Google Vertex AI via API, strictly following the User Agreements with Google Cloud and with Vertex AI. We delete all your data once the session, that is you leave this site, is over. Other than that, we do not share your data with any third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data for commercial purposes. Because we do not store and hence, do not have it.

We do not retain your data longer than during the user’s session. Any information that we provide, as well as any generated information is kept only in your browser. We delete your data when the session is over.
